The Journey of a Cult is often characterized by specific steps.

1. The Grand Vision

A charismatic leader or leaders propose an innovative concept that promises a solution for disconnected individuals.

So here we are. Plans are in motion to confront the system in Australia. The gunships are circling. Signs of trouble appear from within. 2. The Honeymoon Phase

Movement founders promise a fresh beginning, optimism ahead, support, salvation among a group with shared faith in the method.

What did it represent initially? A team united enjoying success. Tattoos. Muscles. Focus. Elite male wellness energy. Admittedly, The squad insist they don’t use the label, which is funny since it’s not recognized, what was that spectacle?

However, everyone understands what it is. It’s Harry Brook playing a shot so depraved it defies description. It’s the adrenaline of the leader in his final form, an expression conveying: pensive Nordic god, strong features, natural look, genuinely raw you wouldn’t be surprised to notice and find him positioned in the field shirtless holding a fish.

It’s the opener still being allowed speaking publicly, appearing as a cheerful animal formally attired, uttering phrases such as we’re breaking down traditions. Certainly, the atmosphere, for a significant period, was entirely positive.

3. A New Life

Development stage. Cohesion maintained via memorization of key phrases. These beliefs can appear contradictory as a loyalty check.

Am I alone? The criticism, the outrage, the sense of betrayal following the initial loss feels overblown, overdone. England batted badly in Perth, as is typical there. Meanwhile, exists the larger scene of the opponent’s mixed more culturally hard-wired exasperation towards the unconventional visitors, out there saying, your cherished traditions and have fostered and nurtured to distinguish yourselves culturally from us, it’s not serious after all.

Here lies the truth. All movements are similar. The approach was a phenomenon as the game has its own culture. Or at least, the team has long been exclusive, a circle, a private event, a closed world with a long history of tradition and mystery supporting it. Historically, this was where entry is limited. It’s the colonial game of the nation, the pioneering brand. And surprisingly, Britain is itself a cult, a structure of hidden ranks, a royal family remains.

The team have been enclosed in this system from a young age. Attempting to break free, to create a less brutal environment, they are mirroring their upbringing, building another enclosure, a closed circle, but now with a modern squad and a leader encouraging individuality provided you conform.

Live where your feet are. Embrace challenges. However much you change, you remain stuck.
